What a service department at BMW Fort Washington! As soon as you drop off your vehicle to when you pick it up. I also want to mention Rich Lanci and Ryan Young for their knowledge and hospitality. It was my first time dropping my parents car off for service, and I am very happy with the experience and can’t wait to tell my friends to bring their cars in to experience what I experienced. More

The sales portion of the dealership is wonderful. The service department leaves a lot of room for improvement. Their technicians are great. The Service Advisor that I dealt with on this last visit, however, was extremely condescending and unhelpful. It left such a bad feeling, I’m not sure I’ll buy another BMW, because I’ll have to have it serviced at this dealership. More
