I recently purchased a 2027 BMW X6 40i from BMW of Fort Washington, and I absolutely love my new car! More importantly, my experience this time around was completely different from my previous one, and I have Donna Arnold to thank for that. Donna was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was patient, understanding, attentive, and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I shared my concerns about my previous buying experience and how I had felt pressured into a vehicle that wasn’t truly what I wanted. Donna made it her mission to make sure this experience was different. She never made me feel rushed or pressured, and she would not allow me to settle for anything less than what I truly wanted. She was determined to find the right vehicle for me and make sure I was completely happy with my purchase.
