Bad communication. Had to make several trips and phone calls to get a rental car in the first place. Repair took twice as long as expected. Service people doesn't get out of their chair to meet with the customer, but the customer must come in and wait until they knowledge you to speak to them. Wasn't kept informed of the work or status of my with the customer, but the customer must come in and wait until they knowledge you to speak to them. They did offer me a ride to work, but didn't even offer an option of a rental just in case. Didn't even run the suv through a quick wash. Not a detailing, but a basic wash would have been a nice service. More
