⭐ 1-Star Review – Lexus of North Miami I am writing this review to warn others—especially long-time Lexus customers—about the deceptive and disrespectful experience I had with Lexus of North Miami. this review to warn others—especially long-time Lexus customers—about the deceptive and disrespectful experience I had with Lexus of North Miami. I have been a loyal Lexus client for over 10 years, always leasing two vehicles at the same time—one for me and one for my wife. We currently lease two NX 250s, with over two years remaining on each lease. I have consistently worked with the same sales representative and have always conducted business in good faith. Two days ago, I was contacted by the dealership, not the other way around. I was told that the NX 250 was being discontinued, and that Lexus of North Miami wanted to replace both of my vehicles with brand-new NX 350s under the following terms: No money down Same or lower monthly payment Better fuel efficiency A “seamless” transition despite having two years left on my leases Based on these representations, the dealership scheduled two appointments for today. Today also happened to be my daughter’s end-of-year school recital. I rearranged my entire day, coordinated with my wife, and explicitly texted my long-time sales representative the night before explaining that I was sacrificing important family time and needed assurance that the dealership would honor what THEY offered. I was reassured. What followed was nothing short of a bait-and-switch. Once at the dealership, the “offer” suddenly became approximately $300 MORE per month per vehicle—despite earlier promises of equal or lower payments. This was then presented as if the dealership were doing me a favor. When I expressed my frustration and made it clear that I would walk out unless the original terms were honored, the salesperson performed the usual dealership “theater”—going back and forth to the manager—only to return with another empty, misleading proposal. At that point, it was clear: The initial call was misleading The appointments were scheduled under false pretenses My time, loyalty, and family commitments meant nothing I left the dealership exactly as I said I would—without a deal. If this is how Lexus of North Miami treats a 10+ year legacy client with two active leases, I can only imagine how new customers are treated. This experience has permanently damaged my trust in this dealership. They have not only lost two vehicles’ worth of future business, but also my family’s and friends’ referrals. When the time comes to return my current leases, I will be taking my business anywhere but here. Buyer beware. More
