I was slightly disappointed with the lack of interaction of my salesperson. I waited for quite a while for finance but she left me unattended after I signed the warranty with no explanation of the BMW Care of my salesperson. I waited for quite a while for finance but she left me unattended after I signed the warranty with no explanation of the BMW Care service, Sirius XM service or helping with setting up the car’s technology. This was surprising as she was always readily available on text or email prior to the purchase decision. More

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. It’s no secret that car buying can be daunting, emotionally exhausting, and often difficult. I felt like everyone was so nice, honest, and most had. It’s no secret that car buying can be daunting, emotionally exhausting, and often difficult. I felt like everyone was so nice, honest, and most of all, patient with me. I ask a lot of questions! We went through several financing options and landed on what I felt was right for me, with no pressure from Amy, nor the financing managers- Cody and David. Jacob Byrd was very instrumental in helping me select my new purchase and was extremely nice and professional. When I arrived to get my new vehicle, I was presented with a plaque and a red bow experience. What a special moment, not to mention, several goodies from Amy. Amy even set up my car Bluetooth, my BMW App and more after I unveiled my new ride. I can’t say enough about Galleria BMW, I will most definitely be buying my next purchase from them as well, but for now- I get to enjoy my beautiful new ride!!! More

Dealership was more than accommodating especially with our little ones in tow, clean, and professional. Amy was great to work with. She made sure everything was prepared and ready for our arrival as we co our little ones in tow, clean, and professional. Amy was great to work with. She made sure everything was prepared and ready for our arrival as we couldn’t come until close to closing time. She was so sweet, understanding, and patient with us. She also made sure to let the kids join in on the car reveal and had a small gift for our family. I would definitely recommend BMW and Amy. Thank you for everything! More
