I see lack of communication to customer once car is left in the service center , my car got towed on Saturday and should have been picked up for service on Monday. Amy was very nice, but wrote the wrong request on the work order - requesting the tech to look for a wobble I was feeling when driving. There was no wobble I could feel. It was a wobble I could HEAR. Fro work order - requesting the tech to look for a wobble I was feeling when driving. There was no wobble I could feel. It was a wobble I could HEAR. From there, the tech diagnosed the wrong thing and them got married to that diagnosis. As a result, I paid $200 for a diagnosis of the wrong issue and I still have the sound. More
