Karl Christ is an exceptional service associate. We bonded over the love for chilly cheese dogs & their savory flavor. His communication skills, attention to details & overall demeanor made going in to have my car serviced an unforgettable experience. We are, as he says,”little buddys” for life. The lady who checked me in was great and friendly. I mentioned that the key also needed a battery replacing and was told this would be arranged. Collected the car, the recall seems to have been fixed. I mentioned that the key also needed a battery replacing and was told this would be arranged. Collected the car, the recall seems to have been fixed. I asked if the key battery had been replaced and the lady behind the desk said it had. Drove to Maine the next day and low and behold, battery had not been replaced and I am left with a flat key and can only use the VW app to lock the car easily - which keeps logging me out. As temperatures were negative F, the thumb on the handle would not work to lock the car. Not ideal. This is not the first time that the Wellsley office has misinformed us and will not be purchasing another vehicle from this branch. More
