After telling Mike that another co-worker suggested scanning for codes to see if anything came up that would explain why my Maverick only gets 32,7 mpg Mike said,’ we can’t do it today’. I was hoping h scanning for codes to see if anything came up that would explain why my Maverick only gets 32,7 mpg Mike said,’ we can’t do it today’. I was hoping he would have offered to set up another date. After talking to the service manager they sent a mobile tech to my house to scan it. While no codes came up, it still only gets 32.7 mpg. There seems to be no explanation for this. More

Recently had a recall service performed on my 2024 Maverick Hybrid. Customer service notified me by text and scheduled to have a technician perform the service at my home. I made appointment for mobile service and no one came. I called the service department and they said that they didn't have the part and she forgot to call me. Said the part was now ordered and they would I called the service department and they said that they didn't have the part and she forgot to call me. Said the part was now ordered and they would come the next day at 11:30 and the guy showed up at 9:30. Said he would email the receipt and I never got that. More
