Alex was amazing! I bought my car and ended up having some delays caused by my employer and returning my company vehicle and Alex was the only thing that kept me sane I bought my car and ended up having some delays caused by my employer and returning my company vehicle and Alex was the only thing that kept me sane throughout the process! He was a fantastic communicator and went above and beyond until the very end - He even drove my plates all the way to me and installed them onto my car simply because he wanted to help me out after dealing with a headache that had nothing to do with him or DCH.
