The language of the supervisor is not acceptable.I had an appointment on 5th jan22and he told me you don't have an appointment so come tomorrow. Without inspections, the supervisor told me I will charge $300 labor cost, the voice tone of the supervisor was disrespectful. I visited there 3times to fix the same issue they didn’t tell me when my car was in warranty period. instead of fixing the problem, they prefer to replace it. Don’t want to put effort.
