I am always beyond "just" pleased with the service I receive from Marcel and Cedric at the service department. I have had others in the past that I would NOT want to repeat the experience with. From the minute you pull up, until the time you leave, everything is perfect. The intake guys are quick and accurate. I was lucky enough to be checked in (and out) with Marcel. He is fantastic. Profession everything is perfect. The intake guys are quick and accurate. I was lucky enough to be checked in (and out) with Marcel. He is fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, personable. He listens to your concerns and nothing goes unaddressed. Willie is a phenomenal manager as well. Not only do they get the job done, and we’ll, they make you feel welcome and comfortable. You know your car is in good hands. During my wait time, I relaxed and read my book, without any worry. Which incidentally, rings me to the waiting area/building, It is a newer building and really nice. It’s clean, provides Wi-Fi, the chairs are comfortable. There’s also vending machines and complimentary coffee. I can sincerely say, this is the only place I go for service. More

I have only dealt with the service center, I had some completed issues with my Honda Pilot, I met and worked with Marcel - he came up with some very helpful ideas and suggestions, although repairs were c completed issues with my Honda Pilot, I met and worked with Marcel - he came up with some very helpful ideas and suggestions, although repairs were costly, because of Marcel, I was able to do things in such a fashion that saved me considerable money, I left with my vehicle correctly repaired and was very satisfied with Valley Stream Honda service. I do like this dealership. The staff is courteous. I like how they work as a Team. The price scale for work done is a little exorbitant. (I believe that there is a new Service department rep. as when I c how they work as a Team. The price scale for work done is a little exorbitant. (I believe that there is a new Service department rep. as when I call to fulfill my appointment. I asked for my Service Specialist Marcel and over and over again she told me that there is no one by that name working there. I repeated the name and she insisted that i had the wrong dealership. This was my only disappointment . This service department is very close to home so I will continue going there. In addition, I am very satisfied up to this point. I do not hesitate recommending this Service Department to any of my friends looking for this service. More
