Went to get my initial complimentary oil change at the service center for Honda of Valley stream. This was by appointment, made days prior. My car was processed in, and I waited nearly 3 hours, with no ex service center for Honda of Valley stream. This was by appointment, made days prior. My car was processed in, and I waited nearly 3 hours, with no explanations or updates at to the status of my car. Watched different people come, get serviced, and go, while I say twiddling my thumbs. Finally got fed up and made a fuss about my extended wait, in which I noticed that my vehicle was sitting in the service center parking lot the entire time. Never once did any of the staff let me know what was going on with my vehicle. Wasn't until I said something, that I witnessed someone finally come out and take my car to get serviced. Worst experience ever. Very unethical, unprofessional, unwarranted, and unnecessary. Thumbs down to these people... 2 thumbs down!!!! More

I told them the problem with my car & they said they checked car & it was fine. Sent me home with.car & the problem continues until I brought it to a local mechanic. I will be using this mechanic from h checked car & it was fine. Sent me home with.car & the problem continues until I brought it to a local mechanic. I will be using this mechanic from here on as I feel like just a number at Honda. More

My wife & I dropped off our 2018 Honda HRV on Thursday, 8-24th, for A/C services at approximately 8:25am for a scheduled 9:15am appointment. Branden Martinez was the service rep. which took & processed ou 8-24th, for A/C services at approximately 8:25am for a scheduled 9:15am appointment. Branden Martinez was the service rep. which took & processed our paperwork. I found him to be extremely rude & very unprofessional. As I was explaining to him why my wife & I were dropping off our Honda, he abruptly interrupted me & began diagnosing my car without my approval. I believe that it's the mechanic job to diagnose my car NOT the service rep. Although I was greatly offended, I permitted him to continue because I was limited on time due to my wife having to be at work by 9:00am. Branden never call me once the entire day with any update. Therefore, I began calling to Honda to speak to Branden for an update on my vehicle around 1:30pm. Even after leaving several voicemails he never return my call until after I call & demanded that I NOT be transferred to his voicemails because Branden does NOT return voicemails. After this demand, Branden was paged on the Loud Speaker and finally came to the phone. He again insulted me after I asked as to why he had NOT returned any of my voicemails by replying with "no one told him that I called & that he was out on lunch." I believe that his voicemails appears on his computer monitor so he just lied to my face. After this ridiculous exchange, he told me that he was going to check on my car and call me back which he NEVER did. I'm puzzled as to why my wife & I would be treated in such a disparaging manner while simply trying to get our car service which we've done numerous times before. My wife & I returned to get an update on our car around 3:45pm. I spoke to Alex, The Assistant Service Manger, & explained what I had experienced with Branden. He apologized & went to check on my car immediately. To BOTH of our surprise, my car STILL had not been service and was only driven into the service bay AFTER Alex went to enquire what was happening with my car. Shockingly, it took all of 10-15 minutes for my car to be serviced AFTER it was driven into the service bay. This was intentional done by Branden for some unknown reason, This was my wife & I FIRST time meeting & speaking to Branden Martinez. My wife was EXTREMELY perturb by how we both were treated by Branden Martinez. My wife even ask Branden to NO LONGER speak to her after I left while our car was being serviced but he IGNORED her request; thankfully I wasn't there at this time during his persistent disrespectful behavior. To add insult to injury, the mechanic stated after noticing how distress my wife was that he ask Branden minutes after we had driven off whether our car was there to be serviced that day or not and Branden Martinez reply was that he could service it today or tomorrow; that it was up to him. This explains why our vehicle had NOT been seen UNTIL AFTER I spoke to Alex around 3:45pm. Branden Martinez conduct towards my wife & I upon our arrival at approximately 8:25am on 24 August 2023 was appalling to say the least & he should never be allowed to serve Honda Of Valley Stream customers in this capacity again. More

Great service! Willie and Marcel were great! my odyssey had a dead battery and Willie approved my car to get checked even though they were full for the day. Marce Willie and Marcel were great! my odyssey had a dead battery and Willie approved my car to get checked even though they were full for the day. Marcel called the next day with updates and had my car ready by the end of the day. Service at this location is on point! Will def recommend! Thanks for the great service! More

I always receive professional and courteous service. Any work needed on my vehicle is explained clearly. My vehicle is delivered as promised.
