We found Heritage Toyota to be very helpful in finding the right vehicle for us. Everyone was polite, businesslike and very knowledgeable. We were able to choose and buy a 2018 RAV 4 XLE with only 29,000 the right vehicle for us. Everyone was polite, businesslike and very knowledgeable. We were able to choose and buy a 2018 RAV 4 XLE with only 29,000 miles on it, looking very much like a new vehicle and rides and drives beautifully. This was all done with the expertise of your salesman, Adam Safford. He was very knowledgeable, patient and very nice, explained all the options to us and there was no problem when we asked questions repetitively, he was very respectful. This type of vehicle was new to us, especially with all the bells and whistles. We hadn’t bought a car in 13 years, so a lot has changed for us. Also, he took the time and effort to drive the vehicle out to our house in Essex Center, after my husband had picked it out at Heritage Toyota so that I could get to see it, learn about it and drive it. Thought this was especially great on his part, because our other vehicle was having some mechanical issues and we weren’t absolutely sure that it would make it back and forth. He also let me drive it around with as much time as needed so that I could get a feel of how it rides and drives. He also explained all the options in detail. The next day we went to Heritage Toyota to purchase the RAV 4 and everyone was quite knowledgeable, polite and respectful. The car was delivered to us in the greatest shape, cleaned up and shiny, looked like a new car. The process for getting the paperwork completed was a little bit of a wait, being that it was a cash sale, but went smoothly when we completed the purchase of the vehicle. After this, Adam Safford came out to the parking lot and went all over options again, was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought. We feel that he is a great asset to your team at Heritage Toyota and would deal with him again if we needed to. He also called us a couple of days later to check on how we liked the car, and offered to answer any questions we might have in the future, told us to call if we needed to.
