Do Not Go To Sierra Honda for service! Absolute worst customer service ever. Actually, I take that back, can't deliver service when they "Don't have the time" to do it. When I called th Absolute worst customer service ever. Actually, I take that back, can't deliver service when they "Don't have the time" to do it. When I called them, the operator kept sending me to Book keeping. It took me 4 times, to finally get ADAM, a "service" advisor to pick up the call. I explained that I have 2 tires with nails and one of them is depleting rapidly, therefore request for an appointment. He gave me options , but nothing same day. I also told him that I have tire insurance that may cover the costs, and can provide the contract number. He pulled up my account using my VIN, and said he doesn't see it. I advise that perhaps he should call to verify ( I can provide the contract number for his convenience), that way, since I am driving under hazardous conditions, if I am incorrect, I could save both of us time and waiting, and I can just pay for my tires today at a local store. After couple of IMO, reasoning, ADAM finally pushed back, and told me, " HE DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO VERIFY MY COVERAGE." Understand. Dear Managers of Sierra Honda, as a veteran in customer service, your staff needs a hard retraining. Times have changed. Secret Shoppers are days of the past, and your staff needs to be clued in social media, online reviews are growing and here to stay. What I experienced and told by Adam , “I don’t have time.” from the service department, was appalling. It is utmost shameful he works in customer service, when I can get better service asking for discount from the 99 cent store. More

I was recommended by a friend to come to this dealer for service and to ask for Adam Lopez and wasn’t let down. He always has a great attitude and treats me with respect as for other customers. Mr. Lopez is a gentleman and is the only reason why I return. And a special mention to Vince in service he always greets me and makes me feel welcomed while I’m waiting shortly to be assisted by Adam. More

This is my second car purchase at this dealership and they go above and beyond to make you feel satisfied and taken care of in the process. They are ethical and kind. Brandon Cisneros, my sales Rep, was they go above and beyond to make you feel satisfied and taken care of in the process. They are ethical and kind. Brandon Cisneros, my sales Rep, was so thoughtful to walk me through fun details of the car, that I would not have known on my own, before I drove off the lot. I love my car:) More
