Our sales consultant Adam Bentley and the Sales manager Eric McLaren ensured everything was setup and ran smoothly through the day we dropped off our old SUV and picked up the new RAV4. The finance manager Dennis Gebhardt was friendly and walked us through all of the financial details quickly but thoroughly and got us out the door in less than an hour. I had contacted Adam Bentley at Handy’s looking for a particular Toyota Camry in the past. However, my experience with Handy Toyota was exemplary. I had contacted Adam Bentley at Handy’s looking for a particular Toyota Camry XSE. I was informed by Adam, as luck would have it, that the exact model and color would arrive at Handy’s in 8 weeks. Unlike at other dealerships, I wasn’t asked to place a deposit and at no time was I bound into a purchase. A handshake was fine. I was called almost to the day Adam had predicted and asked if I wanted to make an appointment to see the car. It was perfect.
