I drove to Santa Clara with a friend to look at 2 models of Used Lexus Hybrids (2008 RX 400h) that l found on Cargurus.com. The first dealership had it ready to view and test drive, but theirs hasd too many cosmetic defects and did not have the Mark Levinson Sound system. The second dealership, Stevens Creek BMW, did not have the car ready or available, and I was told l’d need to wait two hours to see it. I told them that l did not live nearby, so the salesman said he would see if they could hurry it up, so that I could see it in 20 minutes. It still wasn’t ready, so we left. We returned the next day to see the car by appointment, and were able to test drive it. I decided l would purchase it, so my friend left me off and went on their way. I had not purchased a vehicle since 2017, but it took nearly four hours to accomplish the paperwork… and l was paying cash. I guess they make such a big production out of selling you a car, which is probably just a ploy, because how much trouble can getting the boilerplate contract filled in with name, purchase price and mileage be? Anyway, l drove it away and stopped to register it with AAA down the street. On my way out of there, l noticed the front license plate was hanging funny. Upon inspection, l saw it was missing a screw. I drove back, pulled into their service bay and told them l’d just bought the car, could they possibly add the missing screw for my license plate frame and the quickly obliged! Yay for good service that did not take one hour! Kudos to Antonio Walker, my salesman, who was not pushy. I would recommend him to any used car shopper. This is tge second used Lexus l have purchased from Stevens Creek BMW.

This is the first Mercedes my family has purchased at Fletchers Jones Motorcars of Fremont and was a little worried about the buying process of a new car. I am glad that we got to meet Marvin as our Salesman, as he showed professionalism and patients to all my family’s inquiry and made us feel at ease knowing we are going to choose the correct SUV. Throughout the whole process I felt relieved that Marvin is a good person who is looking out for the buyer to be happy with their purchase. It took a little less than a week for us to settle on a deal with the GLB 250 and I was pleased at the outcome and would refer and friend or family to this Dealership if they are looking for their next cars at Fletcher Jones Motorcars.

Considerate and Courteous are the words that I would describe the team at Magnussen. The greatest thing about this dealership is that it is a "no-frills" type place of business aimed at providing great service to customers. I spent weeks scouring the internet to be able to test drive a Grand Highlander only to be told that I would need to get in a cue or require a deposit by other dealerships. I had visited 5 different dealerships over the holiday break and ran across a number of apathetic sales reps and even a downright sleazy one. I found out that Magnussen's was close to work and got in touch with Aidan who was helpful with keeping me up to speed on their inventory along with making it happen. I met Jacob a few days later and he was able to help me decide between the Sienna and Grand Highlander. Jacob also helped me lock down a trim and discussed all the features including subscription services. I was glad to have took the time to visit because there was no pushiness or rush to make a decision. When the opportunity arose, they were able to get the right car on the lot for me and Raj did his best to get me the car at a number that was amicable. Getting me to the point of purchase was a team effort and they work well together and for the customer. I hope to come back in the future.

I leased a vehicle after my car broken down. They set me up with a maintenance package so I wouldn’t not have to worry about another break down. I thought I wasn’t going to qualify for another loan because I had a loan on my previous car that broke down but they managed to combine my loan with the lease and I drove off the lot with a 2024 dodge hornet. I’m glad that we formed this relationship and look forward to working with them over the next few years.
