I have a 9 to 5 job and couldn’t take calls or visit during the day, so I worked with Angel entirely over text. He was professional, transparent, and incredibly patient, especially since the online listing didn’t show actual photos of the vehicle. He made sure I had all the details I needed before making the 45-minute drive. Even though I arrived at closing time, Angel and team treated me with warmth and respect. We wrapped up final pricing in person. I then met with Tristan in finance, who took time to get to know me before diving into paperwork, which really stood out. We finished up around 9:30 PM. Angel stayed the entire time, installed my temp plates himself, and made sure I left with a handshake and a smile. Second Purchase. This was an incredible experience. Salesperson Ryan was patient, courteous, informative, knowledgeable, and shared his experiences with his own car that helped us make a decision. Gave us an awesome price on a used vehicle. Finance process was also wonderful, staff in every department is excellent. We talked to the Service department about a problem we were having with another car. They spent a lot of time explaining and giving us information that helped us make the decision to replace the car. Had a liaison assigned to us, Rashad who helped the process of an insurance adjuster inspecting the car. Helped us make a bad situation better. Can't recommend this dealership enough!

Absolutely and without a doubt the best service experience that I have ever had with any dealership. My Service Advisor Greg and Technician Scott were so accommodating and customer service focused that my expectations were blown away. I was definitely treated with consideration and respect. I was allowed to talk with Scott concerning the repairs and even allowed into the service area to discuss the rather difficult repair on my Corvette. My car was kept in a covered stall and Scott was even considerate enough to use my car cover when he was not working on my car. The communication to the customer was something that I wish all dealerships would do, both texts and emails were highly informative and there was even a video of Scott working on my car. All in all I highly recommend Kearny Mesa Chevy to anyone considering taking their vehicle there for service. Ask for Greg and Scott as you will not find better people or a place to have your Chevy serviced.

I will start this off by saying this is my second car purchase through this Ford dealership. My first vehicle purchase was flawless and the whole reason I went back to purchase a second vehicle. I purchased a Ford Explorer 2020 in February 2024. about a month and a half ago my transmission went out and after a bunch of fiasco and being told different things by different people I finally was able to find out that I did have the lifetime powertrain warranty and that I was covered. I took my car in June 30 give or take a day and they have not started the repair as far as I know as of now today’s date. I was told 5 to 14 days for a transmission repair is what it usually takes on average. I was told no loaner cars. They don’t have a loaner program anymore, but then I was then told that they would look into getting me a rental and would try their best to give me a rental or a loaner vehicle. well, so far I’ve not gotten help on either department and me and my fiancé and my two children have been using one vehicle and really don’t have the means to go and get a rental on their own as of right now, so therefore the dealership helping me out with this would have been a huge plus, especially with how long this is taken and all the crap that I’ve been told and had to endure through this process. I’m very unhappy this time around with the customer service and pretty much being told many things by multiple people there’s been a struggle to use one vehicle this whole time and to be told different things and different dates by individuals. *UPDATE* Well this morning I was contacted by Eddie from poway ford, and he ended up helping me and fixed the issues i was having. I appreciate him helping me get a rental and gave me the set completion date for my repair. I appreciate the extra effort to help come to a resolution time!
