I've had my Toyota Sequoia for 25 years and started looking at a new car in May but wasn't exactly sure which one I wanted; a Tacoma or 4 Runner. Since it was not in their inventory, JJ and Emilio found the pre-owned 4 Runner Limited with all the features I wished for. The car had a minor issue which Tom Larkin and the service department took care of right away. Since I obviously don't buy cars very often, thank you Toyota, I think the extended warranty offer should have been explained earlier during the process and not at the very end but all in all everyone was great to deal with and a great experience.
