I was looking to purchase a brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid and after doing a long research on finding an honest Toyota dealer and getting quotes pretty much from all Toyota dealers in San Diego area, I Hybrid and after doing a long research on finding an honest Toyota dealer and getting quotes pretty much from all Toyota dealers in San Diego area, I found out that only Mossy Toyota and another Toyota dealer are fair and honest with their price, the price advertised on their website (window sticker price) is actually the price you are going to pay for the vehicle without thousands of dollars on ad ons and fake yet illegal fees most dealers make you pay when purchasing a new or used vehicle! Also have to mention that Tom Hicks (internet sales manager) and Danny (salesman) had a very cool and chill vibe when explaining my options and I never felt any type of sales pressure whatsoever. Thank you Mossy Toyota team for being honest and not trying to take advantage of customers! You guys rock! More

Go to a dealer that actually wants your business. We've purchased from other Mossy dealerships and had a much better experience. Over the course of 5 days we sent 4 emails simply to find out if a particular truck was in stock before making the drive down to purchase it. We emailed both Sales Managers (Danny & William) then the General Manager (Valerie) and finally Cole. Not one of them got back to us with an answer. Given the backlog of trucks starting to show up on dealership lots you would expect some effort, any effort, to follow up with a prospective buyer. More
