I had an issue with my check engine light and had made more than one trip to the service department to resolve the problem. Frank, Dejon, and Chloe went above and beyond to figure out what the problem was while remaining professional, communicative and positive. Thank you all!

We truly could not have asked for a better car-buying - Jenn Wollenschlager

We truly could not have asked for a better car-buying experience! From beginning to end, everyone made the entire process easy, fast, and genuinely enjoyable. Josey, our Sales Consultant, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and never once made us feel pressured. Joe, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to work with us and made us feel like he truly cared about earning our business and making sure we were happy with our purchase. And Moses in Finance was fantastic—efficient, thorough, and somehow managed to make the finance portion of buying a car completely painless! What stood out the most was how genuinely cared for we felt throughout the entire experience. We never felt like we were just another sale. Everyone was friendly, professional, honest, and respectful of our time. The entire process was incredibly fast and efficient, and we left not only excited about our new Infiniti, but feeling really good about where we purchased it. We have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years, and this was hands down one of the best dealership experiences we have ever had. We absolutely love our new Infiniti and would recommend Josey, Joe, Moses, and the entire team without hesitation. Thank you for making such a big purchase such a wonderful experience. You absolutely earned all five stars!

I really appreciate Scott Hageman's service at Porsche - Michael Jay

I really appreciate Scott Hageman's service at Porsche Chandler. He makes me feel welcome and that I have his sole attention when I arrive. Professional and personable, it's always a good talk when I'm asking about my car and bouncing ideas off of him, or any other random topic. He gives me the straight dope on whether we're discussing a current issue or future ones to be prepared for. I can be a challenge sometimes, but the team works with me to make sure I am ultimately happy.

I was very pleased with the staff at Echo Park - Thdino5horn@gmail.com

I was very pleased with the staff at Echo Park dealership. Joseluis Cortez listen to what I want to look at, did not try to sell me a different vehicle, went over all of the options to buy extra for the vehicle.(which I declined). He did not pressure me into buying anything extra. He helped with financing, got my answer right away and went home with the vehicle I wanted that night. I was able to get a warranty from the dealership for 1,000 miles or one month and all of the remaining warranty on the Kia for 4 years. After buying the vehicle we had it checked out by our mechanic and he said the vehicle was in great condition no problems. I just want to thank Echo Park dealership for being honest. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Tom went above and beyond throughout the entire buying - Bradj

Tom went above and beyond throughout the entire buying process. I test drove a Denali and loved it, but since the vehicle was ultimately for my wife, I wanted her to drive it as well. Rather than making us figure out the logistics with the kids, Tom actually suggested we drive to my house so I could stay with them while my wife hopped in and took it for a test drive. That alone made the experience incredibly easy and showed the level of service he provides. Once we decided on the exact Denali and trim we wanted, Tom went to work making it happen. He went as far as arranging a dealer trade with another dealership to get us the exact vehicle we were looking for. Tom was amazing to work with from start to finish—helpful, accommodating, responsive, and never made the process feel difficult or pressured. I would recommend him to literally anyone looking for a vehicle. One of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had.

I can’t say enough good things about Nismo Nick at - osterpar

I can’t say enough good things about Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. I first spoke with Nick when I was trying to understand the allocation process for the new Z and sort through all the supposed “mandatory” dealer add-ons I was encountering with another dealership. From that very first conversation, Nick was different. He answered my questions, explained how things actually worked, and there were no games. During that first conversation, Nick made me an incredibly compelling offer on the Z I wanted. The problem was, I had already put a significant deposit down on a car with the other dealership, and I felt I should honor my commitment. Nick respected my decision completely and never pressured me. Unfortunately, when that car arrived at the other dealership with significant damage, the deal fell apart. I called Nick for advice. He still had my Z and simply asked if I wanted it. This time, I said yes! That’s when Nick really had my back. He walked me through a difficult situation and gave me sound, straightforward advice. Then he went to work. He put together a deal that was more than fair and added value in ways I hadn’t expected. Eric did a great job handling the financing, while Nick took care of everything else. Before I knew it, the Z I had wanted from the beginning was mine, and Nick arranged to have it shipped hundreds of miles and delivered right to my doorstep. What stands out to me about Nick is pretty simple: he does what he says he’s going to do. He treated me fairly when I wasn’t even his customer, and when I came back needing his help, he was there. He’s a no-nonsense salesman, a straight shooter, and someone I learned I could trust. I absolutely love my new Z, and I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the person who helped me get it. If you’re considering buying a Nissan of any flavor, call Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. Whether you’re across town or across the country, give him the opportunity to earn your business. No games. No nonsense. Just someone who does what he says he’ll do. Nick, I’m happy and honored to finally be part of your Z family.

We had a great experience with Bill Luke Santan. - Mikhail Potzler

We had a great experience with Bill Luke Santan. Our salesperson, Blake C., was awesome as well as Pete and Isaac. Blake took care of us, was courteous, worked with us, explained the process and had great patience. We even financed with them because their rate was lower than my bank's loan rate. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Bill Luke Santan and your team.
