I purchased a 2022 Audi RS Q8 from Van Chevrolet, and within days of taking delivery the vehicle developed multiple issues. Less than 500 miles after purchase, the air conditioning failed. Audi North Sco within days of taking delivery the vehicle developed multiple issues. Less than 500 miles after purchase, the air conditioning failed. Audi North Scottsdale diagnosed a leaking water pump that disabled the cooling system and provided a written repair estimate. I immediately notified Van Chevrolet and gave them the opportunity to address the issue. Instead of honoring Arizona's implied warranty for used vehicles, they denied responsibility, stating only that the vehicle had "passed inspection" before the sale. I was forced to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to repair the vehicle. I attempted to resolve the matter directly through the dealership before pursuing other remedies, but they refused to stand behind the vehicle they sold. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. I encourage prospective buyers to carefully review Arizona's used vehicle warranty laws and thoroughly inspect any vehicle before purchasing. More

WARRANTY SCAM I paid $2,700 for what I believed was a 48-month warranty that included oil changes and extensive coverage. Instead, I later found out it expired early because it was backdated to the vehic 48-month warranty that included oil changes and extensive coverage. That meant I paid full price for a warranty that had already lost about six months of coverage. In the end, I paid $2,700 for two oil changes. When I called, Cody Pulsipher was helpful at first, but once he realized what the issue was, his attitude changed. He told me there was nothing he could do because the warranty was written to begin on the vehicle’s original service date (Before I had purchased the car.). He said “this was the first time this has ever happened”- Yeah Right🙄 The conversation left me feeling like I was the one at fault. Yes, I got frustrated, but I had just realized I had paid top dollar for significantly less coverage - I was xxxxxx. That’s when he started the victim card “I don’t appreciate your languange”— acting all concerned and offended.., blah,blah, blah.. at that point, I couldn’t bear to hear another word of his errogance. Cody wanted no part of hearing about the bad deal they signed me up for. He already knew. Hopefully this review will help another person to make same mistake. They do a great job selling MPP warranty, but when I came to to use it, it dissolved. Don’t let yourself get rushed into buying a warranty in the finance office. Shop around, compare prices, read the fine print, and make sure the warranty starts on the day you purchased, and make sure the end date is correct. Good luck! More
