Bought a used 2016 Accord from Azhar at this dealership. It had been sold new by the dealer and only ever had one owner who maintained it at the dealership. They took it on trade, sold it to me, and the transmission died less than a month later. Their response was essentially “sucks to suck, get it replaced.” I would not buy a used car from this dealer. Additionally, I had to haggle for a FULL HOUR to get them to remove a xx $700 paint protection film that I fully believe wouldn’t have been applied to the car. Azhar bold face lied to me and claimed it had already been applied to the car. I didn’t tell him that I used to work as a detailer and could tell the paint wasn’t even waxed, let alone coated with protectant - it felt like an easy way for them to cash-grab. Almost walked over them not taking it off the sales price and now I regret not doing so.

Bought 3 new cars from this dealership in Victoria Texas. This is one of 2 we purchased brand new in 2022. A month or so ago the cruise control went out. Made an appointment to get it repaired, because it was still under warranty. They had trouble taking the steering column apart, saying the air bag might not work. They claimed someone took the steering column apart and tampered with it. Now they are telling us they repaired the cruise control switch, but they found other issues (metal filings in the steering column? Paint marks on the steering column?) and that they will not warranty it because of suspected tampering. When we asked multiple times if it was safe to drive, they would not say it was. Now they are telling us we have to come and pick up the unsafe car and sign a paper stating they are not responsible for anything that happens going forward. When we asked if they were accusing us of tampering with it, the manager said no. We are the only owners. Welcome to Mac Haik customer service. (reviews are abysmal and they tend to not honor warranties regularly) They still have our car.

John Ochoa was my salesman. He lied to me when I purchased a vehicle there when I asked for my copy of the paperwork to my new vehicle they didn’t give it to me an they changed the price on me on the vehicle without telling me they just had me sign the papers telling me like like everything was as it was, when we spoke in the beginning an I trusted them. I never got no copies to the new vehicle that I purchased so I messaged John right away the next day and I told him was I ever going to get my copies. The guy had told me that I would get them the next day which was the finance manager. They lied. John ignored my calls. I told him look I need to see the paperwork to make sure that all the numbers match up as I was told he said oh they didn’t give you a copy I said no they didn’t. You were there I told you before I left and I told you If I wasn’t going to get the copies. I was gonna bring the vehicle back because I didn’t know that the numbers were right which is the purchase price of the vehicle went so in the APR they never even told me what my APR. all They just said I was approved and I had got finance by a bank, not even telling me which bank I had traded in a BMW. It only had 10,000 miles in brand new condition and they lied about the appraised value to it, and then at the end of the day they sold my vehicle without my knowledge I tried getting a hold of him throughout the weekend. He kept putting me off is just a liar and he’s not to be trusted. I spoke with AJ. His name is Alex and he’s the GM. He told me if I hadn’t wrote a bad review he would’ve been able to help me but what I couldn’t understand was how are you gonna help me if y’all sold my vehicle over the weekend when I was trying to return your vehicle back that I had just purchased the very next day John kept ignoring me I had a bad feeling that y’all had lied to me because y’all never gave me the paperwork and I went to school With John Ochoa, I trusted him and he lied to me with a smile. These people are not to be trusted. This is a very terrible dealership. I would never recommend or ever buy from them myself. My name is Rene Rivera. Take it from me. They fooled me and they tricked me just to make a quick buck . Alex defended them the GM. These people don’t have integrity do Yourself a favor and pick a different dealership it’ll be worth it. On FEB. 7th 2025 I was traveling from Cotullia TX to Sweeney TX . My 2020 Chevy engine had fail. I made to the Chevy dealer. When i arrived to the dealer they tested my truck with the computer. It had 47 codes. They determined that the moter had failed. I call the company that had my Warranty on the truck. They ask for 4 videos and Vetrans chey sent it to them. The company did nothing to resolve the issue or pay for a new motor. I had to purchase a new truck . The guys in the service was very helpful and worked had to resolve the problem. I had to purchase a new Truck so i could go home. I would like to say thank you to all the employees that helped me get back on the road. I know this is where God sent me. I live in Michigan I bought a truck off the web going by the owners word what you Michigan your word is all you got apparently in Texas a man's word means nothing I bought a truck for $38,000 got it to Michigan there's no front drive shaft in it so it's not a four-wheel drive truck that they advertised cost me $600 for a drive shaft then in 2500 miles I've had to put almost $13,000 into it and they will not do nothing for me they took my money and run I bought the truck off the internet and when you do that you have nothing but the businesses word to go by and their word means nothing
