Principle BMW of Corpus Christi

I bought an 11 year old 328i xDrive lemon from another dealership in town. When things started to go wrong with it, I brought it to Principle BMW. I had this car for less than 2 months and it already left dealership in town. When things started to go wrong with it, I brought it to Principle BMW. I had this car for less than 2 months and it already left me stranded on the side of the road twice. So while I was waiting for my car to be diagnosed, I started talking to a salesman. Long story short, I wound up trading in the lemon for a nicer BMW with less miles with a reasonable monthly payment. Turns out, my old BMW needed over $15,000 in repairs (More than double the value of the car). So I was right to trade it in. 28 days later, I step on the gas in my new to me 535i and I get a code. The car goes into limp mode. I brought it in immediately. They did the repairs, and the sales department covered most of the repairs (minus $200 for my deductible on the service plan, which they said didn't cover the repairs). Additionally, while they were repairing my car (an 11 year old 535i), they loaned me a brand new X7 to drive around. When the repairs were done, everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand. And they worked with me to make it right. They could have stuck me with a bill that was easily over $1000, but instead, they took care of me and got my car working like it should. More
