July 21,2026 Took our 2023 Jeep Wrangler in for hydraulic pump recall at 9:00 a.m. Called dealership at 6:00 p.m. since not recieving an update, contact was gone for the day. The person who answered the phone in the service department had no clue what was going on with the wrangler. All that was said is the keys are not in the box and it must be with the technician. No update, was told to call next morning for update. Called next morning at 10:20 a.m. and was told it was pulled from service due to being notified that we were picking up the vehicle the next morning. Never discussed picking up vehicle. Dealership put it back in service and it would take 2 days before any information on status. This is the third time car was taken to dealership. Took 2 times to six death wobble in front-end after replacing all steering system parts. What a joke, like going to the E.R. and being admitted to hospital for a week. More

My son bought a new Rebel and it has now been in their shop for 5 months and they still haven't figured out what is wrong. He asked for a refund since problems started within two weeks. In the last year, the customer service has gone to non-existent. They are rude and the service manager has no concern for customer satisfaction. We had to purchase a new vehicle, and due to the service departments rudeness and poor service, we chose to go elsewhere. I have even contacted the General Manager and he has still not responded to my concerns. I do not recommend their service department. I have been extremely disappointed. And yes, I have communicated my concerns with them and they did not care. The service manager simply waved at me from her office and refused to come talk to me. More
