He was friendly, patient, never pushy, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. Both times I walked into the dealership thinking there was no way I would be leaving with a new vehicle.. and both times, to my surprise, I drove away in one! And then there's Mario Gonzalez, he truly makes the Magic happen and finds a way to make everything work! Together, Xavier and Mario made both experiences smooth, exciting, and stress-free. Both times, they got the deal done surprisingly quickly--almost as fast as getting an oil change! Okay, maybe not quite that fast, but is sure felt like it! lol, There was no endless waiting around; they kept everything moving and made the whole process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle-buying experience! More

I left my 2015 4 Runner for a two hour repair and I am on day 3 of not getting it back. I called a week before they told me it would take 2-3 hours for the repair the ordered the part. I called to verify they had the part, they said yes they did. Took my car in on 5-12 got the message in the bay working on it at 11 at 4;30 got a call they had wrong part. Left car there part to be in at 9 am no phone call or text up date - both of which they say they will do for a better customer experience- did not happen. Call three times no return call. Kept calling till I finally got a return call from Quentin. Did not give me promising news blamed the wait on parts Still waiting for my car. More

Since I live 3.5 hours away, I had to rely completely on their word and the photos they sent me. **What They Promised:** - Texted "mint condition" - Sent selective photos hiding damage - Assured me there were no issues when I specifically asked **What I Actually Received:** - Extensive paint deterioration and rust formation across THE ENTIRE roof, hood, and trunk - One bad tire (told all tires were "good condition") - Non-working tire pressure monitoring system - Suspension needing replacement within a year **The paint damage is so severe that bare metal is showing and rust is forming. This is NOT normal wear - this is obvious damage that existed when they sold it to me.** **Deceptive Sales Practices:** - Made me pay the full $10,500 BEFORE allowing me to sign the contract - Deliberately took photos that hid the extensive roof/hood/trunk damage - Claimed "mint condition" while knowing about obvious paint failure - Discovered all issues within 24 hours of delivery **Financial Impact:** Professional estimates show $3,000-$5,000 needed to repair the paint damage they concealed.
