I am pleased to leave a positive review on the Beck&Masten dealership North. I have purchased three vehicles over the years at this dealership and there is a constant professional salesman management staff, finance and the service department. I would like to point out an outstanding salesman who showed concern was honest and is a great face of your dealership salesman Hector Rincon, please recognize Hector and promote him today!. Also, it was important to me for the sales manager to meet me during the deal. He came out in the beginning of the process, and he thanked me at the end. Also, when I walked in the dealership and every time I walk in the dealership I was greeted by the reception representative and was helped immediately I’ve been to other dealerships recently, where there was no reception and that service was terrible. Of another note, the processing of the title paperwork was seamless with this new process and I received my title in the mailbox less than two weeks from the purchase date that’s outstanding! Please recognize sales manager Efrain and service representative Todd. I’d like to note that every staff that I talk to at this dealership, you can sense that they were proud to work there and that sets a tone and a climate that should be recognized by the management. The service advisor is very rude in my opinion. He doesn’t even get up and come out to your car. Tells me I couldn’t prove anything he said. The service manager doesn’t return call says he busy working in shop, but always clean so guess he keeps clean. Changed the oil for the recall putting heavy oil to make it last longer because bad tolerances where was off so there answer is to put heavy oil in it. My opinion is this is a good dealer just with a few bad employees who don’t like doing there jobs. This service manager asked if they had my key and I said yes so he tell me I can leave. I asked for copy of the paper work they requested I sign I was inform that they didn’t give it till I came and pick up the car. But part of the paper work was for the condition of the car when it was drop off well they didn’t even walk out and look at the car. They change the oil and didn’t re set the oil indicated to 100 % left it at 31 % but this service manger said he checked everything. Well that not true !!! Use you on judgement with the bad employees who work he and do sign anything with out getting a copy of what you signed. For a service advisor to say I could not prove anything I would be careful dealing with him or just record him with your phone with I told him and he tell me I could not do that. All phone call so just use your judgement on this advisor. Anyone that say you can’t prove he said or did anything. Oh the service manager say all his review are good. So if you have bad service write a review about it so the general manager and owner will know about it .

Made service appointment to have struts replaced on my Chrysler 300. On the appointed day I drove 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived early, reviewed what was needed and left. In three hours I called to check to see what time it would be completed. Later learned that the parts were not there and would take 3 to five days to get there. I have made other arrangements (for less money) and have no plans to return to Premier Autoplex.

Took my car in running bad..low power..they diagnosed and installed a new catalytic converter $3700.When I picked up car would still barely run..I barely got it home..been told by 2 mechanics cat had nothing to do with it..ECM was diagnosed as bad..Wiesner just took a stab and replaced most expensive thing first..Nobody has responded to my emails for 5 months now..I totally feel cheated !!2012 Traverse was bought at Wiesner in 2019..Felt like they would be fair..Bad choice.When I was picking up mechanic basically said he had no idea what was wrong..So just replace something expensive!Been a Wiesner customer for 25+years 10+cars..old timers in Conroe treated us right!! I am now 74 years old and totally upside down with this unreliable car..
