Trent was not my original sales person, but since I’ve interacted with him with the options of upgrading in the future his service is consistent with top notch service. I’ve been in the banking industry for 14 years and I understand how sometimes dealerships may not have the best of reputations. I can say at The Woodlands location, I always experience professionalism and feel valued as a customer. I always get an experience and Trent is amazing with learning his customers needs and following up as new inventory comes in. Once we found it he was very helpful throughout the entire purchase process. He explained all our financing options and worked with us on our trade in. I searched multiple dealership and websites for nearly 3 wks and Echopark had the best deals. Purchasing process was also painless with no last minute gotcha add ons. It was well worth the 4 hr drive to the dealership. My only complaint would be that the Permplate was mandatory. I would have preferred to decline this item since I know it is essentially an expensive detailing charge which I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere.
