A special thanks to Ron Baron for updating me daily and providing a loaner while everything was being taken care of!! He was so kind and professional!! Also a special Thanks to MM Ross for taking care of the warranty and repairs and showing me I really can trust them to make me a Very Satisfied customer!!! I also want to thank Nick Hernandez for always doing a great job taking care of my oil changes and his kind and professional personality! Jason Castro did a fantastic job. Our initial contact was by phone, and Jason was friendly with a great attitude. Within 10 minutes I had a personal videos from Jason about the vehicle.. Upon meeting Jason, he was kind, professional, and transparent. During sales negotiations, Jason was there and stayed after business hours to see the sale through.. He was even there after I got out of finance.. I really appreciated his commitment, but then he really took his commitment to another level. Since I now had 2 vehicles at the dealership, Jason was willing to help me by driving one of my vehicles home which is an hour away from the dealership. I have never encountered such a commitment to a customer before. I’d like to thank Jason and his family for going above and beyond for a customer he just met because I know he got home close to 2am.. Service at Autonation Ford has always been Superb. My last service on March 11, 2025 was exceptional. I had to bad rotors, brakes replaced, and other major maintenance items completed. Super shout out to the Service Dept Team, Peggy is always on top of her game. Very detailed to attention and will provide honest recommendation's for you to consider. They Advisors, staff, and Tech's work as a smooth running machine. Given the inflation for the last several years has taken its toll on everyone, but Ford has some options to make it easier for the customer to pay for services in a timely manner. I have been bring my F150 to this location since March 2013. Service has always be excellent.. Reminds me the comedy Cheers, nice to know your name. They know their customers well. My F150 is a 2012 and looks and runs like a Rolex, nice to have this type of team supporting and not having any Auto loans. I would recommend to anyone having your vehicle serviced at Autonation Ford. Last, my wife purchased her Ford Escape from this dealership also. Sincerely, Ernest G

We originally were looking at a space gray f150xlt, but were told that it was sold, but it was still on the lot. We did end up with an excellent vehicle, however we were suspicious of the confusion over the other vehicle!

I had an unusual thing happen, the same day I purchased my Ford Maverick, there was a recall so I had to wait a while to get my truck. Jerry kept me informed though- out the wait and found a way to save me even more money before the truck was delivered to me. The experience from introductions to signing was excellent. This team is friendly, down to earth and helpful. I found the truck on line, made contact with the dealership, worked out a price, worked out financing and eventually bought plane ticket and flew to Texas. The dealership had arranged for Bill to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. The trip was a pleasure, Bill was great company and a good driver. My salesman Josh was there to greet me, show me the vehicle and do a test drive and help me through paperwork. James the used vehicle manager helped us complete the transaction, and Randall the finance manager helped me with the necessary documents before arrival and after departure. I drove the pick up home. Bill even helped me plan the best route out of town to get home, and escorted me for the first few miles. These are good people.

Had to pay $1590.00 to pay for a new screen on a truck that is 4 years old and three had the nerve to add a 3% fee in top of that. No bueno.
