Recently I spoke to Rachel at Sewell over the phone - michaeljbrazier

Recently I spoke to Rachel at Sewell over the phone regarding a car. Did she know everything about the car? No, she did not. But she tirelessly found the answers and immediately got back to us time and time again. So thorough, so responsive and so professional. She gave us the comfort level to fly in and buy a car. I have ALS, so travel is very difficult for me. Again, the comfort level to fly in and buy a car. Who does that? I had such a fantastic experience with Sewell. Rachel was amazing, Robert her manager did a wonderful job managing the process. Thank you Rachel!

After filling out a purchase deal from GMC and going - Will

After filling out a purchase deal from GMC and going through the credit app, the dealership refused to honor their advertised price unless I traded in a vehicle with them. Walked away from the deal rather than deal with these shady liars. A dealer's advertised price is required by federal law to not be conditional on trades or financing. These guys are just crooks in my book.

This dealership went above and beyond for me. I had been treated rudely and puchy at other dealerships and a friend of mine knew a guy named "Jason" that worked here, so we came in and spoke with him about what I was looking for but unfortunately their current cars were over my price limit. However, Jason took our number and said he would call if he found anything for us and would keep an eye out. Well, no more than 20 mins later he called us and let us know He found me a 2010 Toyota Camry, and it was very fairly priced and very good car. It was a coworkers fathers car he didnt really have for sale before, but to try and give me what I was looking for, offered it to me. Now if that is not going above and beyound I dont know what is! I didnt not end up purchasing the car as it was still over my comfortable monthly payment range but I just wanted to share with everyone how impressed I was with this dealership and how hard they worked to give me what I was looking for.

They found a fuel delivery problem that 5 previous dealers failed to diagnose.<br><br>Very thorough and took system completely apart until discovered small cracked plastic fitting. <br><br>Greg in the service department, took the time to locate the problem and effect the repairs.<br><br>Most other dealerships live and die by the diagnostic codes. "No codes then there shouldn't be a problem." We had a problem. Greg found and fixed it. <br><br>In today's world, most dealership's techs. can't find their butts unless they have a code being thrown to help them find it.<br><br>Kudos to Greg for going the extra mile and doing it the "old fashioned way."<br><br>Frank Bagnall<br>TLC Marine Delivery, LLC<br>cell: 469-576-9738
