This is the worst experience I have ever had with a new - They won’t help me
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a new car purchase! There were several cosmetic problems with the car that we noticed minutes after leaving the dealership.
So I called them immediately! I sent them pictures of all the issues and they agreed to fixe them. So we set up a day for me to return the car for the repairs. It’s now been 4 months and the issues that they have repeatedly said would be fixed are not!
They have had me to take off work to drive 2 hours to pick up the car only to have to leave with out it being fixed. Then after weeks of waiting they brought the car to me only for me to have to send it back again for the repairs to be fixed. And then still again they brought the car to me assuring me once again that all of the things were fixed. This time not only were they not all fixed 2 of the major problems were worse!
When I called to tell the manager that this care is still not right themanager said well I have you the weather tech floor mates.
Now that I kept the car the manager will not take my call.
The problems include two places on the front leather seat, the backs of both center seats were buckled in several spots,two paint chips in the paint on the passenger side in the back, the windshield trim was loose and hanging out on the dash about three inches.
