Worst service area sold me a truck. I had front end issues trying to tell me that that was normal because it was jacked up and had four-wheel-drive tires on it. I told that I was gonna take it to a shop and he said it was no problem took it to discount tire sitter in Oklahoma City. It had a severe misalignment on the front end toad in and the wheels were not balanced. I showed him the paperwork that the discount tire gave me and the bill for $177 and ask them to reimburse me. They said that I paid for it as it was and I said y’all agreed that I could take it to a shop and have it looked at and then he referred me to the general manager, Greg or Gary I forgot his name and he was the rudest man ever told me that they’re not paying a dime, but I bought it as is and it’s my problem but you would think I paid $20,000 cash for that truck which was a 2019 Nissan frontier 52,000 miles good truck it just they put rims and tires on it and didn’t balance it. I didn’t do a front alignment. Do you think you would take care of your customers but I’ve gone on Google reviews and left horrible reviews and the receipts also, I would never recommend this dealership to nobody worst management I’ve ever seen.
