I am so very happy with my decision to shop for a new vehicle at Northtowne Hyundai! My competent salesman, Jason Edwards, was just a joy to work with. His knowledge about vehicles is very impressive. And there are so many vehicles!!! I don't know how he knows about all of the. He explained everything about the vehicle to my husband and I at the time of purchase and has continued to stay in touch with us and answer questions. Jason really has gone above and beyond what is expected of a salesman. Our satisfaction and comfort with a complex vehicle is obviously very important to him. The service department and finance departments also work efficiently at Northtowne Hyundai. I would recommend Northtowne Hyundai to any perspective new or used car buyer. They have a great selection of qualify vehicles. Make sure you ask for Jason or Gracie when you go! My son worked with Gracie and she is phenomenal as well.

Great experience, low pressure and clear with what was on offer. Fairly quick too, all things considered and in contrast to other experiences. After a few test drives, the time between deciding and walking out with a signed BOS was about an hour. Jordan was especially good at understanding what I was looking for and did not try and put me in anything that I wasn't interested in or do anything to waste my time during the entirety of the process.
