Buying our Lincoln Aviator with Carl Carter was a great experience. From the beginning he was respectful and knowledgeable. We did not feel any high pressure and felt he wanted us to have the car we wanted experience. From the beginning he was respectful and knowledgeable. Carl actually held the car we had picked out until our claim check came in (about 30 days!) and then it was a seamless process to close the deal.
