6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

Buying my new car here was the best car buying experience I ever had. My salesperson, Dylan, was so knowledgeable about the Jeep brand, actually listened to exactly what I wanted in a car, was super patient and helpful with all my questions, was very transparent throughout the process, and followed up to see how things were going after the purchase. He even went above and beyond scheduling an in person meeting with me a week after the purchase to answer more questions I had. Rob and Sara on the finance side were exceptional, too. The facility is immaculate and the waiting area has exceptional amenities. Overall everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and very committed to making sure I got what I want, my questions were answered, and that I was super happy with my purchase and the total experience. I LOVE my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, will only go to this dealership from now on, and will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know.

I had my Honda in for repairs covered under warranty. The service manager set me up with a loaner car when a part had to be ordered so that the repairs could be completed after the part arrived. I was very grateful to have a car to use and to get the repair done in a timely manner. While my car was there, service also went ahead and did the oil change and tire rotation so I would not have to come back.

Setting at shop expected to take up to a month to fix it. xxx am I suppose to do. Was my only means of transportation. The sales staff were friendly and did everything right when it came to closing it was a very unpleasant experience . The person who processed the paperwork started telling us everything that can go wrong with this beautiful vehicle belittling the Lincoln name which I highly respect he was pushing to sell us extended warranties starting at 2500 dollars. He told us there is nothing better and that I had to make a decision right now. Of course that made me just want to get away from him figuring that it must be a very large commission for him. So when we got home with the car my wife is questioning if this is a good vehicle what’s going to break. We have had much discussion of what to do and after I thought about it I decided to put tit in the hands of the dealer. So I sent them my complaints and at this point they asked me to provide a review which I am, happy to provide. I have no idea if or when they will tell me something to make me feel better. I believe this a good dealer with a bad employee/. At least I hope they didnt train him to torment buyers.
