They gave me a quote for parts and services for my kia that were not needed. I took my vehicle in for a recall on brakes and they didn't tighten the nut so the fluid leaked out. I called and then stopped at Zeigler Service about a crack in a windshield, obviously NOT caused by a stone. After talking to Kia Corp a few times they recommended I drive 40 miles each way to Fox Kia in Grand Rapids. Fox was terrific, and Kia approved that the cause was NOT a stone but a stress crack covered under warranty. I would recommend you NEVER go to Zeigler and go to Fox for service and to purchase a Kia More
