We have purchased 3 vehicles now from Priced Right. The last vehicle was to replace a totaled vehicle and we had searched for weeks. We finally ended up with a 2020 Ford Explorer. Right after purchasing we noticed one of the head rests did not work, and we have 4 children and need all 4 back seats. Shortly after that my moon roof began leaking, and now I’m having issues with my transmission. The service manager refused to look at it, as we are over by 500 miles, although we are under the 3 month warranty. I am a home visitor, so I drive more than most. More

Priced Right sold me a car that was not safe to drive and I am currently dealing with this nightmare. I’ve had the car just a couple of months and have already sent it back to them for electrical issues, I am currently dealing with this nightmare. I’ve had the car just a couple of months and have already sent it back to them for electrical issues, which are still not fixed. The alternator is new, as is the wiring going to it, and yet the battery light comes on. My mechanic guessed that it is a computer issue, so I need to figure that out. But there is a much bigger problem. I went to put air in my tires this morning because the front right tire doesn’t hold air, and I realized that when I have the wheel turned, the front right tire leans at such a severe angle that it looks like it is about to fall off. I know it’s normal for a little bit of a tilt to help stability when turning. This is NOT that. It is wildly different from the tire on the other side and completely unsafe to drive. I have had my whole family in this car. We’ve driven on the highway and went camping 100 miles from home. We could have wrecked because of this. My 3 children have ridden many times in the back seat. My entire world could have gone up in flames because Priced Right sold me a car that is not safe to drive. I tried to find a good dealer and I read a lot of reviews. The person who sold me the car, Ricky, seemed great and honest. And yet, here I am with this nightmare of a car that is not only showing minor issues but I can’t even drive it. It never should have been sold with these problems. SO I am waiting to hear back from Alex in the service center because he said they can send a tow truck to come get my car, but they also sound like it will take them 2 weeks to get it fixed, and they also don’t seem to believe me that there is an urgent issue. Do not buy here unless you get your own inspection. More
