Explained each item and I did not select them so they were removed without any Manager being called in. No back room sales session. Deal done right in the lobby from start to finish. I opted to get your protection package, but was very disappointed when I got home and looked it over underneath. In my opinion, poor job on the undercoating. Way too much was missed considering the high cost of the service. I am a retired tech. I spent 48 years servicing and repairing these vehicles until a year ago, when I finally stopped. So I kinda know good quality work when I see it. Sam deserves a lot of praise on his efforts.
