I have been searching for the best price that was available on either a 2024 or 2025 C8 Corvette, and I would settle for a LT 1. Well, found what I was looking for style, color as well as a good price, I had a conversation with. sales person whom invited me to come visit the dealership. Upon arrival I was greeted by a salesperson Ms.Eilish Thomas who welcomed me with a warm firm hand shake, ensuring me that I have come to the right place. Not only was I given the GM employee family price, Costco discount and a BONUS DISCOUNT. I was floored; not only did I get one great price, but I also receives the family type fellowship from Eillish as well as a warm wonderful service from the financial manager. Eillish had me in and out within two hours I was driving my beautiful 2025 C8 Corvette. I was so happy that I drove it all day and night on the first day, and all day and night on the second day. My daughter was at Wayne State and realized she had a flat tire. This was her first, so to say she was upset and frazzled would be an understatement. We called Matick Chevrolet where we purchased the car from, knowing we, thankfully, purchased the protection plan, and by God's gracious hand, Leslie Coleman, answered our call and plea for help! Leslie was calm, helpful, organized, responsive and worked with a sense of urgency, to the point you would have thought it was her daughter stranded in a Subway parking lot scared, worried and anxious about getting to class on time. Although we were in panic, Leslie was not and orchestrated the rescue mission! She found a tire, even when one was not in stock at her location and scheduled an appointment SAME DAY, so my daughter's life was not interrupted (which is next to impossible for a working college student). But more importantly to us, she was calm, helpful, supportive and reassuring, made Ava a priority, and handled business at the same time! A true Angel right here on earth who I am still thanking God for. But the thankfulness did not stop there. Demetrius Cole was the tech who changed Ava's tire, took time to show her inflation kit, and was patient and kind. From start to finish, this whole process was seamless, smooth and managed by two amazing people who I will probably NEVER stop talking about. With this one interaction, it is beyond clear to my family that their job is not JUST a job, but a passion they take seriously and live out every day what it means to be a kind and caring human! Horrid experience, first no one greets you as they are relaxing around the front desk having a chat like its tea time. Then, it took longer than it needed to as they finished their conversation. Next, Business development team told me to come look at a used car that was out for repair that was not even on their property. Thereafter, Used car sales manager Brent Morley got very offended, rude, and belligerent (even swore at me) when asking questions about the price. This behavior is childish and very unprofessional regardless of if I am right or wrong. I probably would have bought the car if he didn't go on an outrage over a question he did not want to answer about the vehicle. My sales person however, was as kind and as sympathetic as can be about the whole interaction, even if it was fake or not. If anything promote her to Used Car Sales manager as she knows how to be professional, kind, and act like an adult.

Gave them 1/2 the value of their car letting them think the trans was bad, sold them a car they can't afford, and that are known to have transmission issue. It also is a car that does not fit their needs at all. Less space and hard to get into. I will be sure to tell everybody I meet about the underhanded and predatory dealership and salesman. Proof honest car guys are gone and they are just after a buck no matter who they screw.
