i appreciated my salesperson but he did not mention that I needed to call onstar right away only found out when i took my car in for service when the clock and keyfab were not working correctly. i took i I needed to call onstar right away only found out when i took my car in for service when the clock and keyfab were not working correctly. i took it into the dealer after less than 2 weeks because the car had stalled on me at a light. Dealership told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to service but never offered me a loaner. i also contacted my salesperson because of the stalling issue within the first two weeks just to give him a heads up. Never heard a word from him. I have had many bought and leased GM vehicles and never had to take it in for service during the first two weeks, I have to admit I am still nervous about driving it. And disappointed that never heard a word from my salesperson. Since I have a three year lease i am sure I will use the dealership for maintenance. Hopefully my experiencs going forward will be better. More
