My most recent time was different, when I was scheduled to work with a different team member, though I set up my appointment for Kayla. Communication was poor and the services provided were wrongly labeled as necessities when they were not part of the minimum maintenance package, by the service associate. I had to go and get more information myself, researching my cars manual and the services needed for my mileage, year of car, etc. since I felt something wasn't adding up - turns out I was right and had to go back to question it, asking the services to be removed (only some could, due to work already started, which I understand and is valid). Despite my questions afterward, it was very clear the individual I was working with did not know what to say or do. He just showed me a sheet he had hanging up, which again showed what he said was necessary wasn't at all. I left feeling misinformed, taken advantage of, defeated, and honestly a bad taste in my mouth for this dealership which I have been using for over a year. What I thought would be a general maintenance, possibly with a thing or two extra, became over $1,000 in un-needed services, especially for or a brand new car I am leasing. This truly feels wrong and I was very misinformed. I love this dealership and really hope for better service in the future, because I have never had an issue prior and have had nothing but amazing experiences. I want to feel confident coming back.
