I had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation at 4pm. I showed up at 345 to drop my truck off. I sat in the service waiting room till almost 530 before i walked up to the window in the service area my tr I showed up at 345 to drop my truck off. I sat in the service waiting room till almost 530 before i walked up to the window in the service area my truck was pulled up and had been pulled up for quite some time. And people were getting called back left and right that came in after me to get their cars. As i see Anthony walk out of the service department. So i walk into the bay by the service desk counter and stand there for another 5 minutes until someone comes out and says 'oh are you Nina? Anthony left for the night'. Anthony had looked right at me when i was standing in the window of the service bay looking at my truck and continued to walk out. Horrible first experience in the service department More
