Dear D-Patrick Ford Team,
I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about my experience purchasing my Lincoln Continental from D-Patrick Ford.
What started as an interest in finding the right car turned into a process that took roughly two and a half to three weeks before everything was finally completed and the sale was finished. It certainly wasn't an overnight process, and there were quite a few things that had to be worked out along the way.
During that entire time, my sales representative, Todd, worked extremely hard to help me get into the car I wanted. I know I had quite a few questions, requests, and, as I would probably call them, a few “whims” along the way. But Todd continued to work with me, answer my questions, and try to find solutions whenever something came up.
What I appreciated most was that he didn't seem to get frustrated with me. He stayed with it and kept working to make things happen. There were times when I probably made the process more complicated than it needed to be, but Todd continued to work toward the goal of getting me into the Continental.
The process took some time, but in the end, we got there. I am now enjoying my Lincoln Continental, and I can honestly say that I appreciate the effort that Todd and everyone at D-Patrick Ford put into making the sale happen.
I understand that selling a car is part of your business, but I also understand that not every customer makes things as simple as they could be. That's why I wanted to take the time to say thank you. I appreciate the patience, the time, and especially the extra effort that went into satisfying my many questions and requests.
Todd worked hard for me, and I wanted him and the people at D-Patrick Ford to know that I noticed and appreciated it.
Thank you again for everything you did to help me get into my Continental. It was a long process, but I'm glad I stuck with it—and I'm very glad I ended up with the car.
Sincerely,
Tommy Barlaan
