I had a great sales experience at Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford in getting our new 2026 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. I started out working with Ray Miller who was very accommodating and helped me through text me Ford in getting our new 2026 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. I started out working with Ray Miller who was very accommodating and helped me through text messages as my preferred communication method. I never felt the hard sales pitch I usually dread when buying a new car. Ray was not working when I came in for the test drive and sale so I worked with Bill Rutherford the new car manager. Bill was amazing, kind and again didn’t make me feel the hard sales pitch. After the test drive I was mentally prepping myself for the hard haggle on price but Bill was ready. He had it printed up and said here’s everything we can offer and I even found another $750 off for Ford loyalty. No haggle, just sold! I think what impressed me the most was how efficient they were. When I arrived for the test drive there was no waiting. The car was already pulled up front, had a plate in it, and Bill spent less than 5 minutes getting me behind the wheel. I was in and out including all the sales paperwork and signing in under an hour. I had to move some things around with the bank so did pickup the next day. Again, vehicle ready, shined up and clean and I think I was there a grand total of 15 minutes including the time for Ray to help me set up the Ford App and configure everything. I think I’ve found my new dealership for life for both sales and service. There are 4 other dealers closer to me, but I’ll gladly choose this one! Thanks Ray and Bill! More
