We thought they were open till 6pm, when they closed at 5pm. We returned a week later to lease the vehicle we test drove and Alex was wonderful to work with on the lease as well! Brandon Reed was our finance manager and he show us several different was to save money for future repairs and made a few phone calls right in front of us giving the banks a hard time about getting us the best rate possible which he did! Also he was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions which we had so many lol being our first F-150. Evan after a couple of days he called us to see if we had any follow up questions which I have to say I had never had that happen before so needless to say I was very impressed. I highly recommend this place to anyone that looking for not just a good vehicle but great service!

In fact, the culture that they have established at Russ Hubler is apparent in all of the members of the sales team, and all the way through the service department and body shop. Both Joe and Roger have time and time again bent over backwards to make things work for us and have stayed loyal to us as customers. They helped me with financing so I could leave with the car that day. The car I got exceeded my expectations given it's a used car.
