I was told back in January that my water pump was going to need replaced sooner than later. When I had my car in on Monday, they told me it was starting to leak. I approved the work, and they wasted no time getting the parts and getting the repair done in a timely manner. The Team really knows my car and driving habits, so they're always looking out for my safety. It's cheaper to address the problem when it's small instead of letting it get to a bigger, more costly repair/replacement. I trust them with my car.

I have purchased several vehicles over the years from Klaben's. They have always worked to find a vehicle to suit my needs and payments within my budget. They never tried selling me something I didn't want or suit my needs. Their Financing department is great also. They always worked to find financing no matter what credit is like. Service department is also great. I take my truck in for regular maintenance and oil changes. They do quick appropriate service and if anything is found that needs repaired or will need service soon they inform me and schedule service to fit my schedule. When the time comes to replace my current vehicle I will check Klabens first.

This was a fantastic dealership to buy a vehicle from. From searching on the Internet to walking in to talk to Jay, who I dealt with over the Internet and ended up buying my Used Truck from. The whole experience was fantastic and I'll return for sure and send people I know to Jay and Bob. I'm an hour away from the dealership and they made me feel that it was so worth the drive. Jay was very easy to deal with and talk to, never rushed anything, we talked a great deal during my buying this truck. I went to pick up the truck the next day and Jay was with a customer and Bob bent over backwards to help me complete the paperwork process, he wasn't at all bothered or rushed taking care of me, this tells me much about the whole dealership and people. Jaysen, the Finance Manager was excellent to deal with, didn't try to force sell anything additional but took the time to explain everything available to me. I've worked at Dealership's for 28 years myself in the past and I haven't seen a team like this one. Kudos to the Owner and Management, you have an excellent Staff!
