I wanted to especially commend Mike Gentile. Mike did an excellent job getting me into a newer car. He was very knowledgeable about the product(s) which was impressive in it's own right. Through the sales process Mike created an atmosphere through his product knowledge and personality that allowed me as a buyer to have faith in him which also allowed me to trust him. Faith and trust I believe are the two most important elements for a successful sales relationship! I will definitely look to Akron Canton Lexus if I am lucky enough to buy another vehicle. More
