While picking up my car in the service area, I wandered into the Ferrari side of the dealership to see what was available in inventory. I was instantly greeted by Tony, who immediately grabbed the key to a beautiful 296 displayed in the showroom. I wasn't intending on buying a car, but after going through the car's features, I was sold. We went over the numbers in complete transparency, no games, gimmicks, or drama. Whole process took about an hour, and I returned 3 days later to pick up my dream car once the logistics worked out. Dear Mr. Hickman, I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Lasure; service advisor, last month. After visiting many dealerships, Jordan listened to my plea and had no issue assisting me in finding a solution to repair my 2005 Chevrolet SSR Pickup Truck. He introduced me to one of your mechanics that was familiar with this classic vehicle. His knowledge of and expert troubleshooting was impressive to say the least. Jordan is an excellent communicator who kept me informed during repairs. I picked up my vehicle better then I left it. I did this review because Jordan wouldn’t let me walk away unsatisfied. His can do attitude won me over immediately! Everyone in the service department was professional and treated me with respect every time I visited service. I felt like a new truck owner, but knowing Chevrolet still has a 19 year old truck on the road is a true testimonial they build great vehicles. I originally came to this dealership with the intent to look only, to get ideas of what kind of car I might want. I didn’t want to shop at any dealership because I’d had so many poor experiences with each of my vehicles prior. But when Drew approached me and my best friend in the parking lot with kindness and understanding, I had a feeling this experience would be a lot better than all of the others before. I had a budget set in my mind and had done tons of research to understand what I could or could not afford for a monthly payment, and the folks here were actually very respectful of that and didn’t try to push my financial boundaries. Drew answered all of our questions and went above and beyond my expectations. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed and had so much fun during a car sale before, and I’ve owned or leased 6 or 7 cars at this point in my life. Thank you to Drew and Chris and Sean for making this purchase so worthwhile and painless. I’ll definitely return whenever I’m ready for another car in the future, and I’ll be recommending all of my friends check this dealership out.
