After visiting many dealerships, Jordan listened to my plea and had no issue assisting me in finding a solution to repair my 2005 Chevrolet SSR Pickup Truck. He introduced me to one of your mechanics that was familiar with this classic vehicle. His knowledge of and expert troubleshooting was impressive to say the least. Jordan is an excellent communicator who kept me informed during repairs. I picked up my vehicle better then I left it. I did this review because Jordan wouldn’t let me walk away unsatisfied. I originally came to this dealership with the intent to look only, to get ideas of what kind of car I might want. I didn’t want to shop at any dealership because I’d had so many poor experiences with each of my vehicles prior. But when Drew approached me and my best friend in the parking lot with kindness and understanding, I had a feeling this experience would be a lot better than all of the others before. I had a budget set in my mind and had done tons of research to understand what I could or could not afford for a monthly payment, and the folks here were actually very respectful of that and didn’t try to push my financial boundaries. Drew answered all of our questions and went above and beyond my expectations. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed and had so much fun during a car sale before, and I’ve owned or leased 6 or 7 cars at this point in my life. Thank you to Drew and Chris and Sean for making this purchase so worthwhile and painless.
