I've never bought a car from a dealer before because I hate the pressure of sales situations. But I decided to take a chance. A relative referred me to Jimmy Korsgen. He and the rest of the staff I interacted with were very hospitable. Jimmy in particular was eager to help, and answered my questions readily. I appreciated that he didn't try to push me beyond my budget or sell me something other than what I asked for. So far I'm pretty happy with my purchase!

From initial contact, through ongoing availability searches, identification of prospective vehicle matching my preferences, negotiation of final terms and post-purchase customer support, Abraham rates 5+ stars and 11 out of 10!. this location's service department fleeced me out of over $800 on xxxxxxxx "maintenance". I was hesitant to pay it at the time but assumed the mechanic's recommendations were necessary. the guy "advising" me barely spoke to me and just texted me even though i was in the same room the whole time. go home to find out they just ripped me off. I'm definitely the stupid one for trusting these people. don't recommend anyone else ever use this place's service department, just go to a local mechanic.

Bait and Switch tactics. Usually you don't see this sales strategy with the advent of internet car shopping, but I guess some dealerships still think they can get away with it. Called about a used 4runner, priced just below average for the mileage and year. Glad I called first and asked about the "$749 Doc Fee, $395.00 Vehicle Theft Protection, $1,495 Resinstall Ceramic Technology." Which of course gets the total price above the market average. Apparently all of the fees are mandatory, no exceptions. Well, my business is optional so best of luck tricking the next person to pay for the cheap spray on ceramic coat.

I brought my 2007 Prius for a routine brake actuator - Michael

I brought my 2007 Prius for a routine brake actuator replacement. On the day of my appointment I show up to their service department. They tell me they don't show an appointment for me. I then show them their business card with the appointment date and time written by them. They then take my car in. A week later I get my car back. After paying $3000 plus for parts and labor they pull my car out. I immediately see the warning light illuminating on the dashboard indicating a problem with my hybrid battery system. I inquire the service manager about the warning light. He tells me that due to the age of my car, the hybrid battery failed and that I would need to pay to have it fixed. I never had an issue with my hybrid system so I'm very skeptical about the manager explanation. I tried getting an answer from Toyota corporate and their customer service, but nobody can explain why I wasn't told about my battery problem before they started working on the brake actuator. I would had never authorized their service department to continue working on my brakes if they would had told me that I had a major issue with the hybrid battery.
