Just got back with my newly purchased car. Howard Salmon was superb. He was very down to earth from the moment we first spoke. Informative and professional, no hard sell even remotely. Easiest car I ever bought, and got a very good deal. Totally satisfied. He gave you his cell number, and he said call me at any time with any questions. He was wonderfully prepared for closing. He had prepared thoroughly for a large mass of paperwork, that accompanies buying a car, and it was so easy. A brief explanation and then, "sign here, initial here.." and then on to the next document. All questions were answered, but he made it easy.......you won't regret him as your salesman. Promise.

Not only was the job done on a timely basis the quality of the work was beyond my expectations. Kenney you are a great asset to Haldeman Ford and the consummate gentleman. You was able to limit the stress I was feeling at the time because my Granddaughter hit the Lincoln by accident and she was crying and very upset about what happened. And I was also upset when I saw the car. So I am very grateful to you and the entire collision staff for taking care of me and my vehicle. Thanks again Bob Palmer.

The worse dealer I have ever dealt with, their so call costumer service is anything but that, they never pickup the phone, there is no follow up courtesy calls. In my case i call the dealer 12 times in one day with no answer. I even spoke to the general manager at one point, same treatment no difference. The only good thing they have going is that they will pickup your vehicle from you house if need to, but other then that not worth the time and the headache.

They kept my vehicle for a month without calling or responding to messages. I had to go there in person, only to be told to find another dealer because they don’t have any mechanic capable of diagnosing the issue. Total waste of time and zero professionalism. I do not recommend this dealer.

Worst dealer service and parts department ever!!! If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Previously waited almost an hour to check on a part at the parts desk. Also just went there for a flat tire, waited 2 hours to be told the tire can not repaired, which was obvious by the damage and included picture. After being without a vehicle for 3 days, and checking every day, being told they were waiting for claim approval, I found out that claim was never submitted by Bob and the dealership!!! This was confirmed by the Ford tire care team. What sort of a company would lie to their customers face daily and leave them without a vehicle? If I hadn’t pushed the issue I would guess I would be waiting at least a week given that I only learned the truth on a Friday evening. Do not trust this dealership, whether it is Fullerton or Performance.

He said there’s nothing wrong with it but the mechanic that was on said he heard a noise coming from the rear. Did he check on it? no I was a quart low I took it in my own hands to check it and I’m not a mechanic

HAD INSPECTION DONE BRAKE PADS WERE AT 14/32 AND 10/32. A WEEK LATER AFTER TRAVELING 108 MILES THEY ARE TELLING ME ALL MY PADS ARE AT 8/32 AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.(xx) YOU CAN DRIVE 10,000 TO 15,000 MILES TO WEAR DOWN 4/32 OF YOUR BRAKE PADS. WHAT A SCAM!

So I had a great experience with Brian ,bought my truck on Friday..then here comes the problem. I gave Patrick a check ,and he promised to wait till I transferred money into my checking account and wrote out the check,,trusted him that he would wait then I woke up today to the check being cashed..Well that ruined my day..So instead of putting up my Christmas decorations,,I was running around Tommy bank, then my card was turned down at the Acme.. Gave them whatever cash I had.to pay for groceries. My blood pressure was out of control today. All I wanted was a nice experience ND to be excited about my new Bronco ,but instead it turned into a nightmare for me..I will say they are trying to fix it ,but it should have never happened in the first place..im sooo miserable today.took all the fun out of having and buying a new car.

Ron Haines was personable, knowledgeable and honest the entire transaction. We were in and out in around 3 hours and left with a great deal and my husband’s dream car.
